Kumo Izakaya is looking for a talented and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

Our Japanese tapas style menu allows plenty of opportunity for diverse and creative menu options, this is a chef position where boredom is not on the plate.

Kumo has forged a reputation as a go to venue for sake matched with small, share plate style dishes.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef who has extensive experience in Japanese cuisine. Sushi and sashimi skills and preparation are also desirable.

Excellent kitchen and staff management skills are essential.

Work in a modern air conditioned kitchen in a beautifully designed building. Onsite management and accountant make sure you have the support to concentrate on making great food.
