Ramen Bankara is a Japanese Franchised restaurant and we are seeking experienced and well presented wait staff members to join the team in Melbourne CBD and Westfield Doncaster. We are in search of candidates with dynamic personalities that can handle the pressure of working in a busy environment.

Waiting Staff:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Serving customers
• Taking orders
• Delivering meals
• Overall cleaning duties
• Maintaining good customer service
• Maintaining good attitude at work

Skills & Experience:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Work well as a team and as an individual
• Responsible, Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Problem solving and crisis management skills
• Fluent in English & Japanese or Chinese as a second language advantageous
• Possession of Food Safety & RSA Certificate is an advantage
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role


Although experience is highly regarded, training may be provided for the right candidate.
