FORKLORE is a new all-day brunch cafe (by the team behind tbsp.) opening in West Perth in early January 2021. We will be trading 7 days a week, no nights.



We are looking for people to work long term & grow within the business. Therefore, a good personality is a must, to keep a friendly & fun work environment. The kitchen is brand new & the positions offered are for daytime only, early start, early finish, no nights.



We are looking for:

• Chefs / cooks, to start in early January. The position is for a la carte all-day brunch & requires individuals who are passionate about their chosen career, are able to work efficiently, clean & take pride in the food they put out. Brunch experience is preferable. This position involves being able to work weekends.

• Bakers, to start in early January. The position involves preparing sweet items such as muffins, donuts, cakes, etc. Experience in basic pastry skills is a must. A knowledge of viennoiserie is preferable, but not essential. Weekend work is necessary for this position.

• Kitchenhand, to start early January. This position is for cleaning dishes, pots & pans, with some food preparation whenever required.
