Jinya Ramen Bar is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Vancouver West location.
Permanent, F/T, $24.52/hour, 40hrs/week, 4% vacation plus 10 days paid vacation, extend health & dental benefits.
8 hours shift may be scheduled any time between 10:00am to 12:00am.
Duties:
• General floor management, ensuring food quality, timing and service standards are met
• Train and support Staff including ensuring opening & closing duties are complete
• Manage reservations and/or special functions and requests
• Help to mediate Staff or Customer conflicts or complaints
• Perform all Server duties, actively serve a section in addition to other duties
• Be able to delegate and organize duties according to the needs of the operation
Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year supervisory and server experience;
• Completion of of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required;
• English language skills required.
