Duration of employment: 1-year Contract full-time position with a possibility of becoming Permanent full-time position.
Location: Vancouver International Airport
Starting Date: ASAP
Work hours: 5 days/week. Shift includes weekends and holidays.
6:30 – 14:30 (standard time), 8:00 – 16:00 (summer time)
Compensations: $16~ (DOE) plus overtime pay, bonus plan depending on the performance

Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both spoken and written (business level)
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and preferably reside in the Greater Vancouver Regional area (no visa support available)
- Prior Airline customer service experience required: 1 year (preferred)
- Work experience in travel/hospitality industry asset
- Must be available to work on weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks while paying attention to customer service
- Proficiency in MS office products such as Outlook, Word & Excel,
