PRJC TRADE LTD., a Global sourcer and supplier of premium meat products, is seeking a Food Buyer for the Asian market.

F/T; $22.60 per hour; 40 hours per week.

Duties:
- Negotiating contracts with farmers for the production of purchase of pork and other meat products;
- Purchasing pork and other meat products;
- Interview suppliers and negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements;
- Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to distribute;
- Coordinating logistics of exports, establishing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Oversee distribution of merchandise to and maintain adequate stock levels.

Requirements:
- Completion of business related certificate/diploma OR a minimum 3 years work experience in retail, wholesale or related area;
- Japanese language ability is an asset.
