Duration of employment: Permanent Full-time
Starting Date: ASAP
Location: Downtown Vancouver (Currently, work 3days in office, 2days from home)
Work hours: 9 am - 5 pm (35hrs/week)
Compensations: CA$50,000 – 58,000/year (DOE) plus group insurance benefits: 100% premium paid by the company (including life, accident, LTD, critical illness, extended health, dental, EAP), Pension Plan after 6 months. Paid Sick Leave 10days /year

Main Responsibilities
- With supervision, manage routine general affairs tasks and ad hoc projects to support the smooth operation of the Vancouver office
- Provide assistance to Toronto branch office general affairs function
- Perform data entry and process account payable using SAP system
- Perform clerical tasks for accounting, finance, and IT functions
- Provide administrative support to team members in English and Japanese
- Other duties as required

Minimum Requirements
- Previous working experience in an office administrative support role
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
- Valid BC class 5 driver’s license and a good driving record a must
- Some accounting training and A/R, A/P, online disbursement experiences a bonus
- Willing and able to acquire new knowledge and skills through training and personal development
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Willing and able to work overtime when required
- Well organized, has attention to detail, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintain accuracy
- Responsible, reliable and resourceful. Approaches work and others with a positive and professional attitude.
- Proficient in MS office
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems an asset
