Hire Marketing Intern

We are seeking part-time candidates who are from Japan. The ideal candidate will have the desire and commitment to help us achieve our mission, as well as develop our adjacent markets around the world.

Job Responsibilities
・Taking part in marketing initiatives to target students who are in Toronto.
・Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.
・Advising prospective International Students through telephone, email and social media.
・Counselling and consulting students throughout enrollment process through e-mail and phone.
・Managing a company-generated database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activity, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions and outcomes.
・Meeting and exceeding sales targets as set by management.
・Following through agreed-upon processes to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into prospective students.
・Design and implement student recruitment strategies

Qualifications and Skills
・Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related area
・Fluent in English & Japanese
・Ability with Microsoft Office
・Familiar with Social Media, Online, and Mobile Research Techniques
・Experience in advising or career counseling in an academic environment would be an asset
・Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
・Confident working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and ability to work independently.
