Inail Spa Inc. is seeking a Spa Manager for their downtown Vancouver nail spa.
Permanent, F/T (40 hours per week), $26.44/hour.
Standard 8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10am and 8pm as required.
Duties:
- Overall management of the nail spa, includes plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations;
- Hire and supervise nail artists;
- Respond to service inquiries and resolve customer complaints;
- Plan advertising and marketing strategies;
- Assist the nail artists when needed.
Qualifications:
- Completion of the secondary school is required;
- Previous experience as a nail artist is an asset;
- Completion of the college program in Business Administration or Management OR minimum 3 years of previous nail salon
industry experience;
- English language ability required.
