Tetsu Sushi Bar, an authentic Japanese Cuisine and Sushi Bar, located at Vancouver Downtown West End, is seeking a Cook.

Full-time, permanent; $15 per hour; 40 hours per week
Standard 8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10:30 am and 11:30 pm as required.


Duties:

- Prepare ingredients;

- Prepare food items (everything on the menu);

- Supervise kitchen staff.



Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;

- Japanese language ability is an asset;

- English language ability required.
