We have one room to rent upstairs. It has its own balcony and very spacious with a double bed, big desk and closet. The house is located right in front of the bus stop, #20, 73 which is very convenient for students to go to U of C. We're a mixed couple (Canadian husband and Korean wife) and have a lovely dog. My husband used to teach English to international students so we'd love to have some students who want to speak English at home as well as a dog lover:). The rent is $490 including the utilities, Internet and rice. I have all the beddings and kitchen appliances so just bring your suitcases.
