I have a very nice apartment located on the top floor in an upscale and safe neighbourhood.
I have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment ready for rent for September 1st, 2014 or September 15, 2014. This apartment is right at the Davisville Subway station and is located off of Yonge St. There are a lot of unique shops, movie theatres, Indigo book store, Timothy's, Tim Horton’s, 2nd Cup and Starbucks! Whew...all the coffee!

There's a kitchen, dining area, large living room, and two separate bathrooms...so you never have to share a bathroom! The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a double-sized futon, one 6 drawer clothes dresser, mirror and desk and chair. If you have your own bed and desk, I can
take the futon out so you can use your own bed. I prefer a minimum stay of 6 months or more up to 12 months.

The price is $878.00 per person and that includes hydro and basic internet; I do have a TV but I am on computer all the times so I don't miss TV. I mostly play DVDs movies on DVD or VHS player. I am also very close to a giant movie theatre at Yonge & Eglinton.

There is a laundry facility downstairs that uses smartcards (so you never have to scramble for enough change). This laundry room is the "palace" of all laundry rooms; it's huge. There is a women's change room with showers and sauna room and heated indoor pool on the rooftop. The . I am looking for someone who works full time or is a full time student is neat and tidy and easy to get along with. I would prefer a female between the ages of 22-40 years old to share the apartment with. No smoking, no pets. If, you do smoke I may be able to overlook this if you smoke only outside on the balcony.
