Wanted: 1-to-1 conversation partner of Japanese

A friendly language lover and globe-trotter of Asian descent with UK nationality now living in Canada, speaking native English and Chinese, and intermediate level Japanese. I'm currently looking for a causal conversation partner of any nationality and age to chat in Japanese (and in languages that you are learning).

1. Looking for:
a) serious Japanese learners of any nationality who are also in search of a partner to chat in Japanese,
or
b) native Japanese speakers who want to practice speaking English or Taiwan Chinese.
