We are looking for a tenant for one of our rooms.

It's located at the west end of Toronto city and 10 mins aways from Islington or Kipling station by bus.

If you are looking for quite and peaceful places near Humber College, Pearson airport, Mississauga, this will be a good choice for you.

Only 2 people( You and your roommate) stay in the basement with a separate entrance from the first floor and each tenant owns their own bedroom, they will only share kitchen and bathroom.

Our neighborhood is clean and peaceful and we are doing our best to keep this environment for everybody.

Utilities are all included (wifi, loundry, gas,,,)
