F/T; $14.00/hr; 40 hours per week; Medical insurance;
Standard 8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 11:00am and 11:00pm as required.
Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu);
Supervise kitchen staff.
Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a professional cook;
Japanese language ability is an asset;
English language ability is required.
