Starting Date: ASAP as 1year contract with a strong possibility of another 6 months extension
Work hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM　(or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) Overtime work as required.
Compensation: $20 - 22/h (DOE)
Main Job Duties:
- Logistic communication with clients for timely shipment of products
- Arrange Bill of Lading and commercial documents
- Summarize data and assist creating reports
- Input data into Focus and Inventory System
- Filing and mailing documents
- Confirm inventory by contacting towing companies, check expiry dates etc. and input them in inventory lists and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Assist making inventory reports including boom expire list, export permit number and non-export permit reports.
- Assist Sales Representatives and other administrative duties

Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both spoken and written (business level).
- Possessing basic knowledge of logistics and/or accounting an asset
- Excellent numerical skills and accuracy
- Computer literate and proficient in MS-Office (intermediate Excel a must).
- College diploma or higher education.
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent business communication skills and interpersonal skills
- A motivated team player with strong time management skills
- Ability to adapt to & excel in varied environments
