Administrative Assistant (English/Japanese)

Work hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Compensations: $45-50K/year plus benefits
Benefits: group insurance (medical, dental, life insurance) after completion of 3-month probation period.
Main Job duties:
- Data entry, billing, inventory, record-keeping, sales activities
- Assist with accounting, invoicing, account payable/receivable
- Maintain company data using Pega, Concur, SAP and Word, Excel
- Prepare presentations using PowerPoint
- Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.
- prepare correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports
- Schedule travel, appointments and meetings, hotel bookings
- Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files
- Organize company events and functions
- Arrange Courier service and postal mail
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 4-year experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Japanese both spoken and written
- Strong numeracy skills to handle daily tasks
- Details oriented, accurate, organized, being able to meet deadlines
- High proficiency in Excel Spreadsheet
- Computer literate and proficient in MS-Office
- Accounting knowledge an asset
- College diploma or higher education
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work well with both customers and colleagues
