Location: Richmond, BC *Please note there is no public transit available. Need your own vehicle to commute.
Starting Date: ASAP
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (30 min. lunch break)
* 20-minute paid break will be provided to employee. Ability to adapt to flexible working hours (e.g., mornings, afternoons, weekends)
*Require to attend a training at a factory in California for 1-2 weeks.
Compensations: $62,000/yr. (DOE) plus bonus depending on the company profit
Benefits: Group insurance (extended health, dental, vision care, prescription drugs) after 3-month probation period

Main Job duties:
- Conducting machine/equipment maintenance tasks and overseeing facility repair operations
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment failures
- Regular inspection, maintenance, and refurbishment of factory building
- Other duties as required

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada – No visa support from the employer
- A degree or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related technical fields is desirable
- Practical experience in machine maintenance
- Knowledge and skills in machine/equipment repair and facility maintenance
- Good communication skills in English
- Japanese language an asset
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
