Shiro Japanese Restaurant is seeking two Cooks at their Vancouver restaurant.


Permanent, F/T (40 hours per week), $15.00/hour (plus extended health and dental benefits after completion of 3 months probation period)

Standard 8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10am and 10.30pm as required.


Duties:

- Prepare ingredients;

- Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu);

- Supervise kitchen staff.


Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;

- Japanese language ability is an asset;

- English language ability required.
