Job Description:
Formulating and implementing sales & marketing strategies and action plans to enhance brand awareness
Analyze the market trend and sales forecasting in order to driven sales
Create and device a clear sales and marketing strategy to maximize sales
Review business performance and meet the financial target
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients during coordination and execution
Ensure client's requirements are delivered
Aggressive in proactive selling, make sales calls and have the confidence to visit new customers independently and provide high-quality customer services
Closely work with the PR team and Digital team for daily operations
Job Requirements
University graduated in PR & Advertising, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 3 or above years of solid experience on advertising, PR, digital or Travel agencies
Experience in strategy formation and campaign management
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong sales skills and a good track record to generate sales
Team-player with excellent communication skills
Aggressive, positive, well-organized, self-motivated, independent and good problem-solving skills with an analytical mind
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Japanese is a must
Immediate available is a definite advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
