鉄板焼シェフ Head Chef (Teppanyaki)
- Participate in new shop opening plan and budgeting for daily operation;
- Assist in formulating strategic goals to meet operation direction and set up menu in response to market trend;
- Carry out daily operation with high service standard and deliver excellent dining experience to our customers;
- Ensure food quality and quantity to meet required standard and keep food inventory in good order;
- Maintain teppanyaki grill and all kitchen equipment in good condition;
- Monitor the clean , sanitized and well organized working environment (including storage areas)
- Comply with law regulations related to health, safety or other compliance requirements
- Manage food costs and reduce losses without affecting the overall quality of product
- Not only cooking related matters but also involve entire logistics
Requirements:
- At least 5 years or more experience in Teppanyaki is preferred.
- Good in Problem solving, self-motivated, well organized, detail minded;
- Good communication and leadership skills,
- Manage staff delegation and create the highest teamwork moral
- Basic computer knowledge
Language: Fluent Japanese and good command of English
