Recruitment of eCommerce Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Background
We are an official distributor of a US baby product brand in Japan. In view of business growth, we are looking for an eCommerce Officer who is passionate about eCommerce business in Japan and can grow the business with us. This will be a fun role where you will get to experience eCommerce business on the famous marketplaces in Japan.

Job duties
-manage day-to-day management of marketplace operation, including updating inventory data, tracking delivery status, and answering customer service inquiries
-create sales analysis and inventory analysis
-liaise with Japanese vendors and suppliers and explore potential partnership opportunities
-research on various Japanese subjects, including marketplaces and compliance

Requirements
-Native/Business Level Japanese, Business Level English, Fluent Cantonese/Chinese
-Responsible, responsive, self-discipline and can work with minimal guidance
-Past experience in eCommerce/customer service/marketing/trading will be an advantage
-Knowledge and experience in photoshop/AI will be an advantage
