Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes;
Keep work area clean and tidy;
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen activities;
Maintain food quality and presentation standards;
Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations;
Follow proper food handling, storage and sanitation procedures;
Promptly report any food safety or sanitation issues;
Provide ideas and suggestions for formulation improvements and innovations.
Applicants with experience as a line chef or related cooking positions will be given priority;
Have a basic understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation;
Understand food safety and hygiene regulations;
Follow recipes and instructions accurately;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment;
Attention to detail and commitment to quality;
Willing to learn and accept new challenges;
Able to work in groups
Half to one year of relevant restaurant experience
Cheerful and positive personality, punctual, willing to learn, like team work
Ability to work efficiently and organized in a busy environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
