Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations including but not limited to Recruitment & Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Retention and Employee Engagement.Participate in the formulation and implementation of the HR strategy, to align with the company’s long and short-term business goals.Ensure HR management is compliance with all statutory regulations.Manage, improve and modify workflow to maximize staff productivity and optimize the use of company resources.Responsible for various forms of HR analysis reports.Assist in various projects and ad hoc assignments.
Requirements: Degree holder or Business Administration / Human Resources Management or equivalentAt least 10 years or above of HR generalist experience with minimum of 5 years at managerial levelWell versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinancesProactive, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and with the ability to handle multi-tasks independently under tight schedulesA good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good customer services mindset and able to build relationship with lines managersGood spoken and written in both English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must.Proficiency in MS Office and Excel applicationsUnderstanding on the structure of HR Information System and its computer environmentImmediate Available is highly preferred
