It is located in the very heart of West Berlin, safe and very convenient for transportation.

Banks, supermarkets, department stores, Apple stores, shopping, Starbucks, health, yoga, parks... very close.

You can walk to school by foot from UdK and TU.

Safe and quiet apartment in a building with a middle and back garden maintained by gardener.

It consists of two spacious rooms, balcony, kitchen, bathroom and corridor.

One or two women, non-smokers, and indoor shoes are conditions. (Companion animals, musical instruments cannot be practiced).

Long-term residence is preferred, and Anmeldung is possible for one year.

We prefer people who can have simple conversations with the landlord in English or German.

Bed (futon, pillow, sheet set, towel set), table, sofa, cabinet, chair, mirror, hanger, clothes dryer,

Oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware, and basic cooking utensils are provided.

The bathroom has a bathtub.
