You will enjoy a 3-week paid training, 28 paid vacation days per year, excellent price for gym access, international career opportunities. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Motivating and guiding our students through our online school
· Advising our learners on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone, chat, and email
· Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service
· Overcoming students’ objections, anticipating their needs by giving personal solutions to managing time and progress
· Offering call and following up service mainly in Japanese and English (C1/C2)
· Hosting school demo webinars
· Providing technical advice and solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products
· Meeting the operations requirements of quality and productivity of customer support services
To be successful in this role, you will be/have:
· Excellent writing and speaking skills in Japanese and English
· Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
· Focused on students’ satisfaction and ready to go the extra mile
· Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor relationships with students
· Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure and with uneasy students
· Great communicator with students and teammates
· Consistently striving for improved quality and results
· Quick reasoning for problem-solving
· Excellent at multitasking and working on various electronic platforms
