You will provide services for StubHub an eBay company, the world's largest ticketing platform. They are looking for a Frontline Agent to start working with them as soon as posible.

Functions:

*The person in this position specializes in informing the customer about the products offered by the company.

*Problem Resolution.
*Derive calls to the respective department
*Resolution of incidence.


Requirements

* Native or bilingual in Japanese.
* Spanish or english
* Experience of at least 4 months in customer service.
* Valid work permit in Spain.

Job Offer

*Schedule: Friday to Tuesday from 06:30h to 14:30h (weekend bonus)
*Salary: €16,000 gross per year plus € 1,800 gross per year as night bonus.
*Initial contract for three months, renewable.
