We are hiring an SEA account manager for our Japanese operations to join our marketing team based in Madrid (Tokyo/Osaka Hirakata/Paris locations are also negotiable)

【Job description】
You’ll join Selectra’s acquisition team in Madrid and will work on an array of different verticals (mails energy, telecom and water services at first) for the Japanese market (Japanese professional proficiency required).

・Your mission?
To develop new sales/leads’ acquisition channels for different Selectra products using the appropriate advertising tools (mainly lead generation through Google Ads at the moment).

・Your objective?
To increase Selectra’s online visibility and generate sales/leads in the different channels.

【Your detailed mission?】
You will thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, being part of a very ambitious and motivated team made up of SEA account managers who deal with specific markets. You will be working on digital acquisition for the Japanese market and a few other product lines.

・Creation of acquisition campaigns
・Performance monitoring
・Export best practices on different markets

【Profile】
・You have a practical experience in managing SEA platforms such as Google Ads.
・You are proactive and do not hesitate to take initiatives, to try new things in a laboratory spirit.
・You are rigorous and you have an eye for detail; you are organized and you know how to work in a team; you take initiatives and you are never satisfied with what you have learned.
・Ideally, you have first-hand experience in digital acquisition
・You are responsible, ambitious, communicative and eager to learn a lot about digital marketing and SEA
・You speak fluent English and have professional proficiency in Japanese

【Terms and conditions】
・Based in Madrid, Spain
・VIE of 18 months (extendable to 24 months) VIE conditions if European
・Spanish contract with 26,000€ gross/year if not European
