Customer Service Associate
- Demonstrated experience in an operations or customer service team member role in Barcelona
- Fluent in Japanese (Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening).
- Proficiency level of English (Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening)
- Experience of communicating with globally distributed team members and managers is preferred.
- Highly proactive and hands on approach.
- Extremely organized, structured and conscientious personality.
Responsabilities
- apply NFT Learning’s customer service and operational processes to deliver successful outcomes for customers
- work as part of a small team to deliver proactive and timely customer service throughout all stages of NFT Learning’s product and operational processes, including: pre-sales support; Placement test administration, Learner onboarding; Learner technical issue resolution
- receive and interpret customer issues and defect reports via email and defect management tools
- gather further information regarding issues and defects affecting NFTLs product and services in order to assist root cause analysis and reproduction
- consistently keep Learners and other originators of issues informed as to the status of investigation and resolution
- suggest improvements to processes and adjust ways of working to optimise performance and increase resilience over time
-author, and continuously improve, digital support materials which quickly address customers’ needs and reduce the requirement for escalation
- Cooperate with NFT Learning colleagues, sustaining strong working relationships and smooth operation interactions between Service, Sales, Learning Design & Development, IT, and Learning Counsellor teams
