- Notre dame de Lorette metro station, line 12 (3 min walk) and others, RER A Auber station (less than 10 min) and lot of bus stations...
- grocery stores whithin less than 10 min walk (Carrefour city market, Franprix, ...) and a lot of typical parisian shops (Bakery, Fishmonger's shop, cheese dairy, Fruiterer's shop, ...) whithin 9 min walk
- 10 min walk from Galeries Lafayette, Les Grands Boulvards, 15 min walk form l'Opéra Garnier...well that's a great place !

the studio is on the 6th floor, no elevator, but very good for cardio :)

It's an ALL INCLUDED rent WATER, ELECTRICITY AND ALL OTHER UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED!

- Couch which open into a 140 cm wide bed
