Mon-Fri is £640 all included or full time rent is £715 + bills.
The house is modern and bright, peaceful and warmly decorated. It comes with a private, South-facing garden, with side access and a large shed for bikes, and a discreet, independent cat (no meowing, no litter).
Just off the Mill Road bridge, it is only minutes away from supermarkets, cafés, pubs and PO.
For your private use is a large double bedroom (3. 4 x 3. 3 m) together with a separate, smaller room next to it, suitable as a home office (2. 2 x 2. 2 m). They are furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes and shelves in the bedroom, and a large desk, shelves and executive chair in the office (pictures show a table now fitted with large desk).
You and I will share use of the lounge, bathroom, kitchen-diner with patio doors onto the back garden and shed.
The house is double-glazed and has gas central heating and a gas cooker. Parking is on-road and free.
I moved here 4 years ago and the landlords, who live 10 minutes away, have been really great.
