We are looking for a Shop Assistant for our busy and vibrant Japanese store in Westfield mall (Stratford). You will be a part of a great team, ensure smooth running of the store and provide a great customer service. We are proud of our warm and friendly service.

Duties:

Offering friendly customers, showing an interest in their needs
Treat every customer as an individual. You may be the first person they have spoken to in the store
Shows customer where to find a product, give directions, take them to it – and have a chat along the way
Tries to recommend additional products to meet customers’ needs
Helps to maximise sales customer satisfaction by keeping shelves replenished and products always available
Be aware of promotions going on in the store and make sure customers are aware too
Requirements

Good customer service handling skills
Friendly and cheerful
Good arithmetic skills as this require a till duty
Japanese language skills is an advantage
Fully-Flexible and can start within a short notice
* Candidates who live within the commutable area is preferred.

Salary: £6.70/hr
