We are highly experienced in ecommerce, brimming with ideas and enthusiasm, and incredibly excited about what the future will bring.
Customer acquisition and retention lie at the heart of our success, and we are now on the hunt for an Japanse Customer Service Advisor who will form part of the launch in Japan. You should be fluent in Japanese, passionate about providing excellent service as well as going the extra mile for our customers ensuring they will spread the word.
This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable ecommerce and customer service experience with an online retailer that is enjoying huge growth and is well on track to becoming a large global brand. Full training will be given.
This is a varied position that will see you handling a range of customer service activities as well as supporting the Country Manager with the launch of the market.
