We are looking for a Japanese Customer Services Representative to join our fast growing online gaming business. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced online community providing support for new and existing customers. As part of the role you may be required to speak to existing customers to advise on relevant promotions, so excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are essential as well as a positive and polite telephone manner.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat in an efficient and pleasant manner
Informing players about current marketing promotions we have combined with how to play and what are the rules for particular games

You will also be required to work with our marketing team to help source local Japanese media combined with the development of our Japanese brand.

Requirements:

Fluent in Japanese is a must
Excellent communications skills, both oral & written
Self-motivated, able to work as part of a busy team
Ability to work in a high-volume work environment
Good English communication skills
Good customer service or sales background
Flexible working hours.
