Store Manager
A Store Manager with a capacity to relay My Cup of Tea story warmly, to optimise sales through effective day to day management of the store selling products requiring specialist knowledge. Setting outstanding customer service practices and proactively building loyal customer base, budgeting, store-specific marketing, and team managemnt skills are essential.
To be eligible for consideration, you must have experience in the retail sector as a manager or assistant manager looking to grow to store manager position. Interest in either tea, coffee, wine, food, artisan made products. Very good command of Microsoft Office and be able to effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system. The role will involve some weekend work.
