Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Piccadilly Circus
Contract: F/T
Salary: 20 K - 24K + service charge + tips+ annual bonus. Full training on business insights will be provided.
Reports to: Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, MD

ROLE:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including customer service, development and performance management of employees and cashing up. You will also deal with the inventory and ordering from suppliers, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

*Relevant degree/HND in business studies, management, hospitality management or hotel and catering;
*Practical experience in management role in catering, restaurant and waitressing is essential;
*Knowledge of Japanese food, culture, language or experience in working in Japanese restaurant is highly beneficial.

*Must be flexible to work late night shifts when needed
