The flat is on the last (2nd) floor of a small building with a lift.

The flat itself is on 2 floors:
kitchen, toilets and 1 room on the ground floor of the flat
3 other rooms (including mine) and the bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped with 2 fridges and 1 freezer, 7 cupboards, a washing machine, a proper cooker, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner… Everything you would possibly need!
The bathroom is clean and contains a bathtub, 2 mirrors and several shelves. It is also very light!

The atmosphere is really friendly! At the moment, a Japanese girl, an Spanish guy and a French guy are living in the flat. The atmosphere is very calm most of the time.

The flat is in the area of Shoreditch / Hoxton, one of the best places to go out! It is full of nice bars, pubs, clubs and restaurants with a really animated atmosphere, in the day as well as at night. There are plenty of shops and art galleries, museums, hip markets… Everything you could possibly imagine and want!

Old Street tube station is 5min walking away from the flat, and you can find many bus lines just outside of the building, getting you to the best places in London such as Covent Garden, Oxford Circus or London Bridge. The area (N1) is in zone 1, which is the cheapest for transport and the best served by public transport day or night.
Next to the building, you will find a nice park, an unexpensive gym, various shops for food etc.
