Hi!
I'm looking for new flatmate in a house which is located in Acton. The nearest station is West Acton, 4 mins walk from the station.
The room is a single room for single person. We share a dining, a kitchen and Bathroom.
We are music student for classical music so you can play any instruments(mature students preferably because of Cuncil Tax, I want to take professional as well though. If you can pay for Council Tax, we are fine with professional) in this house! This is because this house is a semi-detached house where a big garden, car park for 2 cars.
￡550 p/m not included bills(about ￡30 p/m)
There are a single bed, a wardrobe, a bedside light in this room. In the house there are lots of stuff such as a hoover, a washing machine, some pan, plates and eating stuff and so on. The minimum term is 9 months!
