業務内容
主な業務は日本語でのコールを行い、内容を英語でイギリスのチームにレポートしていただきます。※参考までに英語での業務内容も最後に記載しています。
時間
１週間に４−５時間程度、語学力を活かしフレキシブルに働いていただけます。※継続依頼あり
時給
15-20ポンド/時

For each project, the tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Making calls to business in Japan from a provided list of data with the targets as provided in the project brief by the Account Manager – this will be either making appointments for our client or contacting existing customers with service updates or new product information.
Notes from the calls will need to be input into the CRM system in English and communication with the Account Manager will be essential.
There will also be a requirement for some research if data is missing or incorrect.
We will provide a VoIP system that can be used from a laptop.
Laptop or PC essential.
