Financial Analyst and Research Manager (Up to 3 positions)


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - ESSENTIAL
• Native level fluency in Japanese (speaking, listening and writing).
• English language ability to minimum level of B1 (Common European Framework)
• In-depth knowledge and experience of working with Blockchain technology.
• Minimum of 3-years’ experience in Anglo-Japanese financial regulation and practice
• Knowledge of Bash and Linux
• Strong Business knowledge and OTC product coverage
• Extensive Business Analyst experience
• A proven commitment to equal opportunities.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - DESIRABLE
• Strong Business knowledge and OTC product coverage
• Prior experience of Bloomberg AIM
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and Jenkins) working in a cross-functional feature team
• Knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) with Concordion
• Good understanding of UK banking regulation,
• Experience working for the FCA/PRA highly desirable
• Experience working on enterprise software, B2B products and SaaS
• Interest in or knowledge of Cosmos SDK and Truffle/MetaMask
Salary Range: £40k -= £55k per annum depending on skills and experience.
Full time position based on 40 hours working per week. Some evening and weekend working will be required to accommodate international markets and clientele.
The successful candidate will be based in our London office with occasional business travel to Japan being undertaken. Successful candidates will need to provide evidence of their right to live and work in the United Kingdom before commencing employment.
Please note that interviews of shortlisted candidates will be conducted in Japanese.
