Job description – Commercial manager

• to encourage our sales by communicating to potential buyers
• To accurately record and collate all sales orders by inputting data on our software-"Zedonk"
• To produce production dockets for the factory and the studio
• To efficiently control stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
• To quality control our hats and pack them efficiently
• To ensure timely and secure despatch of finished goods in line with agreements made with the company’s clients' "shipping instruction"
• To efficiently and accurately produce relevant paper works.
• To represent the company at trade fairs.

Experience required;

Sales or customer service
Near native level proficiency in written and verbal English
Attention to detail in our workmanship
good analytical and reporting skills
a working knowledge of all common office programs including Microsoft Excel
A good understanding of the fashion market
Experience in community and social media is preferred
