家賃
週１６５ポンドで、４週間ごとの支払いです。
セキュリティデポジットとして４週間分を入居時に払ってもらいます。
綺麗にしていれば、基本全額が返ってきます。
レントには、ガス電気代、カウンシルタックス、水道代、インターネット代すべて含まれています。
トイレットペーパーやキッチンペーパー、ゴミ袋、掃除グッズなどは大家さんがサプライしてくれるので、
順番で買いに行ったりする必要はありません。
