ソーシャルメディアはいまや社内コミュニケーション活性に必須ツール。
現在、弊社cplリクルートメントでは、B2Bテクニカルサポートを募集しております。10月に某ソーシャルメディアが発表したばかりの社内ＳＮＳのユーザーをサポートするお仕事です。

仕事内容条件は下記のとおりです。
Responsibilities
- Provide global support for our Workplace customers, admins, and company executives
- Gather customer’s information, verify key aspects and then determine the resolution
- Accurately researches client issues using designated trouble ticket tracking software
- Drive to meet or exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators
- Stay current with system/product information, changes and updates
- Handle inbound volume and use proper soft skills to ensure a high level of customer service

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an inbound call support role
- Technical support experience within a client driven work environment
- Previous Tier 1 or Tier 2 inbound support experience is desired
- Experience with any trouble ticket software is beneficial

Requirements
- Proper phone etiquette at all times
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Able to speak clearly and write accurately
- Demonstrate proficiency in typing, grammar and internal communication tools
- Ability to multi task work assignments
- Work in a team orientated environment
- Be able to work in a fluid work environment plus handle change based on business needs
- Enterprise software, SAAS
- Stamp 4 / EU Passport

Salary & Benefit
- Salary: 14 euro/hour
- Free canteen Amazing working conditions
- 6 Months contract initially
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm (7.50 hour / day). Possibly Saturdays and Sundays
