現在、弊社cplリクルートメント・ダブリンでは、受注管理スペシャリストを募集しております。CRMシステムで日本市場顧客の受注管理を担当するお仕事です。

仕事内容条件は下記のとおりです。

仕事内容
• Monitored and collected order packages out of Global Imaging
• Registered, entered, reviewed and processed orders per 'Licence'
• Rejected incomplete/incorrect order packages according to guidelines
• Tracked via OM all orders that are rejected due to incomplete order package
• Maintained customer, licence and support details.
• Scanning and indexing contract related documentation
• Responded to inquiries from line of business and customers through email
queues and phone
• Contacted Contract Specialists and Sales reps for any discrepancies in the
order package/system.
• Developed effective working relationships with other business units in the SSC
• Ensured all corporate changes were incorporated according to the guidelines
set
• Undertook any other task that was necessary from time to time in the
fulfillment of my role
• Participated in successful transition of Order Administration to India and
trained GFIC team members in order administration duties

応募資格
• Have 2+ years of relevant experience in industry
• Know CRM System (Oracle / similar is a bonus)
• Eligible to work in Ireland for Full time for next 6 months (Stamp 1, Stamp 1G, Stamp 4)

• 35K/ Year
• 6 Months Contract
