The client is looking for the candidates who are incredibly hungry, passionate, smart, fun and scrappy to help the company achieve its big vision.

The client is seeking an execution-oriented marketer to support paid acquisition, affiliates and SEO efforts in the Japanese market. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for growing company’s customer base. Several hundred thousand new students start learning on the company’s learning platform every month and they hear about the company via paid advertising. We’re looking for someone who is analytical, highly creative, a true learner, and passionate about driving growth via paid acquisition.

業務内容
● Propose, translate and adjust English market ad copies for the Japanese market
● Run campaigns on Facebook and Google for the Japanese market
● Eventually create a strategy for SEO in Japan
● Assist in additional demand generation strategies, such as sourcing and working with local affiliate partners

応募資格
● 1-2 years of acquisition experience (e.g. working in a digital agency, doing online marketing for a small business) OR analytical experience (comfortable with numbers) OR specific education in digital marketing
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
● Fluent in Japanese
● Eagerness to learn and own user acquisition for Japan
● Eligible to work fulltime in Ireland (Stamp1 / Stamp 1G / Stamp 4 / EU Passport)
