In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, documenting, and following up on time-sensitive global safety-related escalations. You will provide regular updates to team members across distributed offices and interact regularly with cross-functional stakeholders. You will may also serve on the on-call rotation and work closely with other members of team to provide timely responses to emergency requests from all over the world. Comfort with electronic communications is essential.

Responsibilities:
Resolve reports of abuse quickly and efficiently
Work closely with other teams and in-house counsel to identify, prioritize, organize, and resolve complex safety issues and other escalated matters
Compile documentation regarding issue resolution for team policy areas

Minimum Qualifications:
Fluency in Japanese & English
Availability to work weekends
Experience with legal document intake/processing, safety policy or other legal operational experience
Familiarity with processes and tools used for increased efficiency
Exceptional business judgement and strategic thinking; extremely detail-oriented
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience using third-party ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Service Cloud, etc.)
Works well under tight deadlines
Active Social media user with a passion and enthusiasm for protecting user privacy and freedom of expression
Patience, determination, flexibility, and grit
Entitled to work full time in Ireland (Stamp 1G, Working holiday Visa should have 11 months length to apply this role)

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience at a tech company
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education / experience

Conditions:
14.42 Euro per hour
9am – 6pm Tue - Sat/Sun - Thu
