The Role:
- Review reported content in adherence with policies and within specified timeframes
- Maintain high standards of quality
- Actively enforce Terms of Use by carefully monitoring user reporting
- Identify and suggest solutions for business improvement
- Recognise trends and patterns
- Escalation of issues and maintaining relationship with global team

Your Profile:
- C1 Level English and C2 Level Japanese
- Deep Knowledge of Culture, History and Politics of Japan
- Online experience or working in office environment
- Self-starter, consistent, and hard-working
- Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
- Excel skill is plus (Not Mandatory)
- The role requires to review sensitive contents

Salary & Conditions
- Working hours: Min of 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays)
- Salary: 13.85 euros per hour for all hours worked 8am to 8pm, outside these hours the rate will be 25% uplifted
- Location: Dublin 3, Ireland
- Shift: 9:00am - 17:30pm (Flexibility Required). Possibly Saturdays and Sundays
- Pay Schedule: Monthly
- Contract Type: 11-month Full-Time Fixed Term Contract with a strong possibility to become permanent.
