This is a large sized room in a modern town house near the village of Monkstown.
There is parking space available.
It is a quiet house and a supportive environment for serious study and would suit a serious postgraduate scholar or visiting academic. Previous guests have been Erasmus and scholarship students.
The Room
Lovely natural light streams through into the room during the day. It is on the 2nd floor , has a study desk and good storage. There is a shared fully equipped kitchen & bathroom (with generally no pressure on access).
The Location
This is a quiet location within walking distance of the sea where there is a walkway, swimming (chilly) and water sports. The nearby village has shops (basic and foodie) cafes and restaurants.
There is lots of public transport nearby, both bus and commuter train. You can take the nearby DART to the city centre.

RENT
Rent is €800 per month including all bills except the variable electricity bill (approx. 50-70pm depending on useage)
Rent is payable on the 4th of each month. It will require one months rent payable in advance as well as a deposit of €800 which will be returned in full on departure.
A basic reference is required (this can be sent as a scanned letter from the student office confirming you are studying).

Near the sea and Smurfit College. Close to all amenities, shops, shopping centres, food outlets, restaurants, cinema, leisure/sport complex, places of worship, walks, cycle tracks, scenic area.
