: Ilsan. close to Shinchon, Hongdae, DMC area(30mins by bus). If your company/school is located on gangnam area, i cant say its easy to go(it takes 1hour)
costco, big mart(lotte mart, e-mart), department store(lotte, hyundai)
1 minute from Lafesta

what you will get
: your own room, unfurnished(u will need ur bed or metris something), your own bathroom
There are swimming pool and gym on 2nd floor, bbq place on roof, car parking is available(monthly pay)
living room and kitchen will be shared.
I am using one room as a den, u can use too

: must love cat(i have two), not super party people in house(having party on the roof or outside is cool). age/gender dont matter
