We're looking for brilliant & multilingual full time customer service professionals to join our team in Bu-Cheon.

Working as part of a dynamic Asian Support Centre, your role will be to provide “best practice” in customer support. You will work as a community advocate supporting hosts and travelers for our client.

Work Location: Bucheon, South Korea

Responsibilities:
• You will manage emails, calls and other communications effectively, efficiently and accurately
•Resolving customer queries and advising on product promotions.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide travel community.

Salary & Benefits:
• 2,000,000 to 2,600,000 KRW
• 2days off per week (Rotational Shift)
• Accommodation and Flight Ticket Allowance to S. Korea

Operation Hour:
• Five days scheduled [Mon ~ Sun]
• Eight Hours scheduled [08: 00-22: 00]

Requirements:
• Bilingual (Japanese and English)
• Preferably Visa Holder: H1, D2, D10, F2, F4, F5 or F6
• Non-Visa Holders are also welcome to try (If succeeded, company will provide relocation assistance)
